Ground Turkey and Pasta E Ceci


Ingredients:


1 pound Ground Turkey

1 Can of Chick Peas

1 Box of Pasta

1 Can of Diced Tomatoes

3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

2 Cloves of Garlic Minced

2 Onions Diced

4 Stalks of Celery Chopped

1 Carrot Diced

1 Tablespoon Italian Blend of Spices (Oregano, Basil)


Optional:

Chicken and/or Turkey Broth to taste

Grated Parmesan Cheese


Steps:


1st Chopped, Diced, Mince all ingredients, sauté them in fry pan with the olive oil, add spices last.


2cd Boil Pasta and add to fry pan with chickpeas and warm.


3rd. Brown Ground Turkey within the pasta and chickpeas and vegetables.


4th Serve in a bowls you may add chicken or turkey broth to taste if you prefer soup.


5th Top with Grated Parmesan Cheese.
