Randy's Chili in the Crock Pot

Ingredients:


2 Cans of Kidney Beans

1 Can of Chick Peas

1 pound of Beef Burger

1 pound of Turkey Burger

False Alarm Chili Kit

Sriracha Sauce

Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce

2 Green Bell Peppers

2 Large Onions Diced

2 Cans of Diced Tomatoes

1 Jar of cheap Marinara Tomato Sauce

Olive Oil

Minced Garlic


Garnish:

Tortilla Chips, Sour Cream, and Shredded Cheddar Cheese.


Steps:


1:

Brown bell peppers chopped with diced onion, olive oil, and minced garlic with the turkey burger and beef burger in a large fry pan.


2:

In crock pot mix kidney beans, chick peas, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, and 2 cans of diced tomatoes, sriracha sauce, and contents of the jar of marinara tomato sauce. Stir in packets included in False Alarm Chili Mix kit.


3. Mix into crock pot the meat and bell peppers and diced onions which were browned with beans and sauce, cook on low until thickened and serve warm with tortilla chips, sour cream and shredded cheese.
